RETURN POLICY
If you need to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

30-day Return Guarantee:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Notes:
 Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What Is The Restocking Fee?
No Fee

The Return Shipping Cost:
– For detective products or sending wrong products:
 We will pay the return shipping cost.
– For customer remorse, purchased the wrong product or customer doesn’t want the items: The customer will pay the return shipping cost.

Return System:
We receive all return products By Mail.

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the address mentioned in the email.

– Including a photograph of the item. (Ideally, the items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and error displayed.).
– Size issue: Photo measure the size of the product 
– Picture of the shipping label.

We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. 

REFUND POLICY
If you feel that the product does not meet your expectations, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Reasons For Refund: 
1. The product is completely non-functional.
2. Damaged or low-quality items.
3. Not receive the product within 15 business days.
4. Lost items.

– We will refund you the amount you paid, excluding the original delivery charges.
– Refunds will be processed the way you made your original purchase.
– We will complete refund within 7 business days. 
– NOT apply to:
1. Gift cards or vouchers;
2. Personalized items;
